Black Spots & Yellowing Leaves

Most of the tomatoes in the North Plot have yellow leaves with black spots.  We saw some of this last year but this year the rain is STILL coming and overall its colder than usual.  I need to look at the volunteer tomatoes to see if they are as affected.
